Metro-Emerald League Isuzu Challenge FUN meet.
Parents of the host team(s) need to decide who will be
responsible for the snack bags, result boards, etc.
The usual procedure on race day is for the race crew to get
the course setting under way before the host team arrives. The first duty of the host team is to get
helpers up the mountain to assist the race crews. At the end of the day the host team(s) is responsibility for
pulling of the course and the insuring gates and fencing are returned to the
mountains race department. It is the responsibility of all racers to assist the
host team with clearing the courses and slipping out the race arena.
The league is charged for broken gates and failure to
return gates and other equipment that we rent from the mountain. It falls on each of us to do our part to
make race day enjoyable for all.
